\Rinse the teapot with boiling water
Add 8g-10g of tea into the teapot
Rinse the tea with boiling water for 10-15 seconds
Discard the rinse water, pour 200ml of hot water into the teapot (water temperature varies depending on the type of tea)
Cover the lid and wait from 30 seconds to 1 minute for the tea to expand
Pour the tea into a pitcher or teacup

Dong Son Tan Cuong Nonn Tom tea is harvested at the end of winter, which is the best time for Tan Cuong green tea.
