Tea Brewing Guides
\Rinse the teapot with boiling water
Add 8g-10g of tea into the teapot
Rinse the tea with boiling water for 10-15 seconds
Discard the rinse water, pour 200ml of hot water into the teapot (water temperature varies depending on the type of tea)
Cover the lid and wait from 30 seconds to 1 minute for the tea to expand
Pour the tea into a pitcher or teacup

Dong Son Tie Guan Yin Oolong tea has a yellow color with orange highlights, carrying the characteristic flavor of the Tie Guan Yin tea line, a gentle orchid aroma, and the sweetness of the tea remains rich even after multiple brews. Dong Son Tie Guan Yin Oolong tea is made from the Green Jade tea variety, grown in Lam Ha (Lam Dong).
Dong Son Dat Viet Oolong tea is made from the Jinxuan Oolong tea variety. Dong Son Dat Viet Oolong tea has a straw-like yellow color, bright and clear, fragrant like fruits, with a hint of fresh milk, the noble scent of osmanthus flowers, mixed with the aroma of wild forest flowers.
Dong Son Huong Viet Oolong tea is made from the Taiwan Jinxuan tea variety. The tea has a sweet and gentle taste, a fresh aroma, yellow-colored tea liquor, and the sweet orange flavor will strongly return after drinking.
Dong Son Tan Cuong Nonn Tom tea is harvested at the end of winter, which is the best time for Tan Cuong green tea. Since only one bud and one small leaf are picked, the tea has a mild astringency, a softer and sweeter liquor compared to normally picked tea, and a naturally fragranced young rice aroma.
