Tan Cuong Spring Tea
also known as Tan Cuong green tea. Dong Son tea is harvested at the end of winter and the beginning of spring – the best time for Tan Cuong green tea. The leaves are small, slightly astringent, with a sweet aftertaste, and naturally fragrant rice aroma. The tea is hand-picked, one bud with two leaves, and is completely handcrafted. Note: To keep the tea water green, not bitter or astringent, the best brewing temperature is 80°C and it should not be steeped for too long.
Oolong Lotus tea has a light lotus flower fragrance and a fresh tea aroma. The water is smooth, with a gentle, clean sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The tea used is 100% pure oolong of high quality. The scent used for flavoring the tea is premium fragrance with high purity from MANE.
Tu Quy means four seasons, it is a common tea variety but difficult to cultivate in the Vietnamese climate. The tea usually has the most special taste in spring.
