Ngoc Viet Oolong Tea
Made from the Thanh Tam tea cultivar (called Chin Shin oolong 青心烏龍 in Taiwan). This is a very rare tea variety, only suitable for growing and developing in high mountain areas from 1,100m. With fertile soil conditions, temperate climate, and cool weather year-round. The tea has the alluring fragrance of orchids, the noble aroma of osmanthus flowers, and the sweet taste of ripe fruits.
Tie Guan Yin Tea
Tea has a yellow hue mixed with orange, carrying the characteristic flavor of Tieguanyin tea. It has a delicate orchid fragrance, and the sweetness of the tea remains rich after multiple infusions. Dong Son’s Tieguanyin Oolong tea is made from the Green Jade tea cultivar, grown in Lam Ha (Lam Dong). This tea variety is relatively difficult to care for, so it usually yields a low harvest. The main harvest season for the tea to have the orchid fragrance is from May to September each year.
Dinh Tan Cuong Green Tea
Harvested at the end of winter or spring. This is the best time for Tan Cuong green tea. Since only one small bud is picked, the tea does not taste bitter, the liquor is soft and sweet, with a natural green rice fragrance. The yield of Ding tea is very low, so Dong Son only accepts small orders. The tea is hand-picked and completely handmade. Note: To have green tea that is not bitter, the best water temperature for brewing is 80°C, and do not steep for too long.
Lotus Oolong Tea
100% pure Oolong tea infused with high-quality essentials imported from MANE (France). It preserves the pure taste of Oolong tea along with the fresh, cool fragrance of lotus.
