Instruction
After brewing the tea, place the tea strainer over the tea pot or teacup. Then pour the tea from the pot through the strainer. The strainer will retain the tea leaves and residues. Helping the tea liquid to be pure and clear.
Tea Suggestions
Glass tea filters are suitable for all types of tea. Some suggestions:
Tie Guan Yin Oolong tea has a yellowish color with a hint of orange, carrying a mild orchid aroma. Tea has a rich sweet taste after multiple brews. It is made from the Thuy Ngoc tea variety, grown in Lam Ha (Lam Dong).
Dat Viet Oolong tea from Dong Son is made from the Jinxuan variety. It has a straw-yellow color, bright and clear, fragrant like fruit, with a hint of fresh milk. The noble scent of cinnamon flowers blends with the aroma of wild forest flowers.
Huong Viet Oolong tea from Dong Son is made from the Jinxuan variety. The tea has a sweet and gentle taste with a fresh fragrance. The tea infusion is yellow, and the sweet citrus flavor will strongly return after drinking.
Tan Cuong Non Tom tea is harvested at the end of winter, which is the best time for green tea. Since it is picked as one bud and a small leaf, the taste is slightly astringent. The infusion is softer and sweeter than normally harvested tea, with a naturally fragrant green rice aroma.
